1. Shipping Across India

We currently ship orders across India to all serviceable pin codes where our courier partners provide delivery.

2. Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.

3. Order Processing & Delivery

Once your payment has been confirmed, your order will generally be processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times are:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Non-Metro Areas: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or tracking details via email or SMS, allowing you to follow the status of your shipment.

5. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please make sure that your shipping details, including your name, address, phone number, and pin code, are accurate before completing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or the recipient being unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will coordinate with our courier partner to investigate the issue and, where applicable, arrange an appropriate resolution or replacement.

7. Delivery Delays & Exceptions

Certain locations may require additional delivery time, including remote areas, restricted service zones, or areas affected by unforeseen circumstances.

In cases where delivery to your location is not possible, we may contact you to discuss an alternative delivery arrangement.
